About Us

One Two Play is a store of smart toys, books, and board games for modern families. We are developing both retail and e-commerce channels, combining quality products with a strong customer experience.

We are currently looking for a manager who can take responsibility for commercial results, operational efficiency, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage online and offline sales as one integrated system;
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and key business metrics;
  • Grow NPS, LTV, and repeat purchase rates;
  • Manage assortment, margins, and demand forecasting;
  • Coordinate marketing activities and sales operations;
  • Develop the team, set goals, and monitor performance;
  • Optimize processes and improve overall business efficiency.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has management experience in retail / e-commerce;
  • Is confident working with analytics, and KPIs;
  • Thinks strategically and makes data-driven decisions;
  • Has strong leadership and organizational skills;
  • Speaks fluent Russian and English;
  • Has a valid work permit in Cyprus.

Will be a plus:

experience in FMCG / premium retail;

understanding of CRM, customer journey, and unit economics.
